The welcome was friendly, service excellent. Breakfast great, room large and comfortable. Toiletries provided, even a fan to keep cool. Easy walk to town, good restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to shops. The staff was friendly and provided great service. Our room was amazing, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The dining area was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in the room. it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this place to everyone.

i liked my really great stay here. stunningly beautiful and clean place with a warm reception. its location was brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from chester town criers. there was a great restaurant not very far from the hotel.
